Here's some quick and nutritious juicing recipes to help combat anemia, hair loss and more. Each recipe also has some great info on what makes certain ingredients good for your hair,  scalp and skin. Enjoy!




JUICE RECIPE


Manda's Muah-Ha-Ha-Ha Juice


  • 2 beets

  • 5 apples

  • 1 lime

  • 1 knob of ginger


BENEFITS OF APPLES


  • The acid content in Apple juice seals the open ends of your cuticles and prevents them from breaking. 

  • Helps maintaining the pH of your scalp on an acidic side preventing the formation of fungal and yeast infections that hinder your hair growth


JUICE RECIPE


Super Spinachness Juice


  • 2 bunches of spinach

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 1 red apple

  • 1 pear

  • 1 cucumber (with peel)

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 knob of ginger



BENEFITS OF SPINACH


  • Contains nutrients like iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, carotenoids, and copper that can help stimulate blood flow and then reduce shedding

  • Can prevent iron deficiencies, which contributes to hair loss and baldness

  • Can have an improvement in Chronic Telogen Effluvium
