Bustin' at the seams, we need more space!
I hope you're LOVING getting to know me and my family!
We truly appreciate you ridin' along with us during this journey.
So where was I? Ahh, yes, 2021!
From storing ingredients in a heat-controlled space to bustling around the garage, our growth was undeniable. We couldn't keep up with the traffic of trucks coming and going in our residential neighborhood, and that's when we knew we needed more space. Our first warehouse!
Preparations were underway for the launch of our new line of products, the Hair Boost Method. We wanted to ensure that our products were top-notch, retail-ready, and catered to the unique needs of our community. After all, our success was all thanks to you – our loyal customers.
We took a deep dive and analyzed the handmade Hair Boost, and it led us to create the Hair Boost Method – the perfect solution for black hair, providing stability, fighting scalp conditions, thinning, and shedding. Our products now work together harmoniously, and we couldn't be more excited about it.
While our initial focus was on eczema and psoriasis relief for kids, we realized there was so much more we could offer to our community. The Hair Boost Method products address the need for healthier, stronger hair, especially for us mature women. It's a message close to my heart because it's for women just like me.
Right around this time, Terrence went on a health retreat to nurture his body and mind, to build a strong foundation of a healthy lifestyle. It was an eye-opening experience that taught us the power of self-care and a proper diet.
The icing on the cake was in December 2021, when we celebrated a milestone with our community at Nae Nae's Naturals Christmas party.
We honored 30 inspiring black community leaders who've been consistent in giving back, encouraging others, and being a positive force. We live streamed the event and included all our customers who could not be there with us in person.
We were still riding from the amazing high that came from our holiday party when tragedy struck in early 2022...
