  • 1. How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

    Please allow 48 hours for order processing, not including the weekend or holidays. Once your order is processed, we will begin preparing your order. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 Business days after the 48 hour processing time, via USPS. Free Delivery Confirmation is included with each shipped package. Shipping times are an estimate & may be subject to USPS delays. Nae Nae’s Naturals® is not responsible for delayed shipping on the part of USPS and is unable to provide full or partial refunds for shipping that is due to an error or delay on the courier's part. (Business days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays excluded.)

    Each jar is HANDMADE with LOVE and CARE.  You can't find anything like this on the market TODAY!  19 ALL Natural & Organic Ingredients including shea butter and tea tree oil; 10 are essential oils.

  • 3. Is it safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women?

    For sure! It’s all-natural and may even help prevent the shedding pregnant women sometimes experience after they give birth. (And congratulations, btw!)

  • 4. How do I use Nae Nae’s Hair Boost and How often?

    For Hair: Apply it to your scalp every other night and to hair as needed. Can be used daily For Skin: Apply to skin after every shower at least twice a week, can be used daily. It really helps smooth and clear and blemishes. Recommended Wash Day Routine: 1. Wash your hair with a Clarifying shampoo*, and then rinse. 2. Next wash with a Moisturizing Conditioning Shampoo*, then rinse. 3. Followed by a Moisturizing Conditioner*, then rinse. 4. Next apply a Protein treatment* sit under the bonnet dryer for 15-20 minutes, then rinse. 5. Lastly apply a Leave-in Conditioner* then apply Nae Nae’s Hair Boost liberally and blow dry, (it is also an excellent heat protector), then style. *If you have your own product that fit in these categories(clarifying shampoo, moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, protein treatment, leave-in conditioner) that you prefer feel free to use them. If you don’t blow dry your hair that is fine you would just style as normal like 2 strand twist with your favorite curl enhancement crème, or set with your favorite setting lotion.

  • 5. What if I forget to apply my discount code?

    Oops we are sorry to hear this; once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

  • 6. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

    If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. Please note: Excludes Autoship Customers

  • 7. What if I put the incorrect shipping address?

    If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

  • 8. Returns and Refunds

    Send us an inquiry via email us at support@naenaesnaturals.com so our customer service team can help you as fast as possible please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read out complete Return Policy for details We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons
