Order Processing and Shipping Timeline
- Please allow 48 hours for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Delivery is estimated within 5-7 business days after processing. This means your total delivery time is approximately 7-9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Free delivery confirmation is included with every package.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays. Nae Nae’s® is not responsible for delays caused by the courier and cannot issue refunds for courier errors or delays.
Handling Time Exceptions
During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email or updates on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice an error in your address, please email us at support@naenaes.com before your shipping label is created.
- Once a shipping label has been created, Nae Nae’s® cannot make changes or accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned to Sender Policy
- If a package is returned to Nae Nae’s® due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable for delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
- Reshipping fees will include the original shipping cost and any additional charges incurred for the return and resend.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
- Nae Nae’s® is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
- If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact the courier directly and file a claim using the tracking and delivery information provided in your shipping confirmation.
- If the courier is unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@naenaes.com with your case number, and we will assist further.
Secure Delivery Location Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their package is being sent to a secure location where it can be safely received. Nae Nae’s® is not liable for packages once they leave our facility. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier. If you have concerns about delivery security, we recommend selecting a location where someone will be available to receive your package.
Damaged Order Policy
We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To help us evaluate your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the entire shipping box, including all contents and the packing slip.
- Close-up photos of the damaged item(s).
Our team will carefully review the information provided and determine the best course of action.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to circumstances such as an inaccessible delivery location or failure to pick up from a designated location, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for the return and reshipment of the order.
PO Boxes and Restricted Locations
We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery confirmation is included with all orders. If you do not receive your package despite it being marked as delivered by the courier, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery office before contacting us.
