Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.

Changes or cancellations must be completed prior to the next scheduled shipment to avoid additional charges. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment upfront. If only a partial payment is collected, your payment method will be stored securely, and the remaining balance will be charged automatically when the order is fulfilled.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at Support@NaeNaes.com. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that fulfillment dates for pre-orders are estimates and subject to change.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we will authorize your payment method before shipping the item. This authorization does not charge your account immediately but reserves funds for potential payment. You will have a specified trial period, detailed in your order confirmation, to decide whether to keep the item.
If you choose to return the item within the trial period, you will not be charged. If the trial period expires without a return, we will charge your payment method for the full amount of the item.
