Requests for Store Credit

We are unable to offer returns or refunds. Instead, we offer store credits and/or reward points within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional Offers: All promotional offers, including BOGO, holiday sales, and discounts of 15% or more, are final and non-refundable.
  • Subscription Orders: All subscription orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for managing cancellations before the next billing cycle.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us evaluate your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the entire shipping box, including all contents and the packing slip.
  • Close-up photos of the damaged item(s).

Our team will carefully review the information provided and determine the best course of action.

 

Partial Claims for Multi-Item Orders

For orders with multiple items, claims will be reviewed on a per-item basis. Store credits or adjustments will only be considered for the specific items deemed eligible.

 

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to deny requests or take further action if fraudulent claims or misuse of our return policy is detected. All claims are subject to review for authenticity.
